　　The Project Manager’s essential function is to manage details of the project, including purchases, deliveries, changes and coordination of materials during the construction period for multifamily projects. 

　　Primary Job Responsibilities

　　Manage and plan material for new construction, and renovation projects primarily in multifamily projects, including estimation Works with external customers to create project material shipping schedule.Executes ordering materials based on contracts, coordinating delivery with vendors, Famous internal operations and logistics and the customerInforms customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customerOrganizational skills for coordination of job site, task scheduling, and material deliveryManagement of estimated budgets versus actual costs to ensure project’s profitabilityAbility to communicate effectively with the customer, subcontractors, field staff and estimators

　　Required Experience and Skills

　　Working knowledge of all project documents, including specifications, plans, submittals, subcontracts, shop drawings, and any other project specific documentGood communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to use a computerAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience and Skills
