Overview
The Multi-Domain Expert team within Customer Success is focused on providing expert services that span across Intuit's Live product offerings: TurboTax Live, QuickBooks Live, and Mint Live.
The Multi-Domain Expert team is seeking credentialed professionals who possess cross-functional expertise, or extensive working knowledge of two or more domains, to join our ranks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, demonstrates a high level of initiative, and possesses a strong desire and commitment to learn and train on new topics and platforms.
What you'll bring
Experience:
1+ years' experience as an expert with IntuitProfessional experience and extensive knowledge of subject matter (contingent on domain)Proven track record achieving or exceeding Key Performance IndicatorsPrior mobility experience preferred
Degree: 4-year degree preferred, not required

How you will lead
Multi-Domain Experts are customer-facing with experience and expertise in two or more fields, i.e., tax preparation, bookkeeping, or financial planning. The primary responsibility of a Multi-Domain Expert is to provide expert services with moderate to minimal management supervision required. Services provided by experts can range from in-product navigation support (low complexity) to full-service (high complexity) tax, bookkeeping, and/or financial planning services. Multi-Domain Experts must be willing to be flexible and pivot quickly across multiple business units.
