Your role:
As a Principal Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting & project implementation lifecycle. You will be involved at every stage of the MS Dynamics Project. you will define the problem, propose, and refine the solution. You will be leading teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required:
• Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost.
• Strong hold on MS Dynamics 365 - Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Project Operations, Power Platform, Copilot.
• Hands on experience on Solution design, data migration design, project plan and requirement analysis , documentation.
• Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the client's business processes.
• Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis to obtain thorough and detailed understanding of the business needs and break it down to discrete requirement reviewed and agreed upon with client.
• Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.
• Participate as the functional D365 expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients.
• Deliver presentations to all levels of management.
• Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc.
• Co-ordinate and manage the expectations and relationships with all the internal and external stakeholders of the project.
• Create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, design, training, process engineering, etc.
• Assist internal resources with support or pre-sales of Microsoft CRM and related integrations.
• Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios.

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred.
• Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external integrations, documentation, and mapping current business processes
