MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Works with GundersenMoundview Hospital and Clinic patients and families to providecompassionate, individualized care in the provision of radiologyservices. Understands and applies the concepts of radiography whenperforming patient exams. Demonstrates accurate knowledge of establishedprotocols and equipment operation when performing exams on patients.Provides the best images possible to radiologists and providers forinterpretation. Provides high quality service to customers in a costeffective and efficient manner. Assumes responsibility to provide aquality learning environment for patients, their families, andco-workers. Responsible for attending staff meetings, in-services, andcontinuing education as required by the department. Performs otherjob-related responsibilities as listed on the competency checklist andas requested by others. Utilizes knowledge of regulatory compliance whenworking with patients and their associated charge. Maintainsconfidentiality with others regarding patient and organizationalinformation.
