Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will support managing multiple metrics of the Single Family mortgage loan portfolio to meet business and regulatory objectives. You will be responsible for collecting, measuring, modeling and analyzing business data to identify problems, forecast trend, assess impacts and/or make recommendations to improve Single Family portfolio performance, as well as provide in-depth research for identifying opportunities for enhanced portfolio management/business efficiency and performance.

The Mortgage Loan Portfolio Management Analyst - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Facilitate the framework development for mortgage loan portfolio optimization, incorporate forward-looking views and multi-factor scenario analysis into portfolio management process.
Provide quantitative modeling support to estimate business impacts and identify where portfolio is heading and potential risk and opportunities.
Perform in-depth research on identifying solutions to improve portfolio performance by optimizing across mission, return, and risk objectives
Support mitigating solutions to achieve portfolio strategy and goals under adverse conditions
Proactively and closely communicate with various internal stakeholders
Facilitate implementing the strategy by delivering business analysis results to executives to empower data-driven decision making
Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experience
2 years related experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
Skilled in financial modeling, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, and benchmarking
Desired Experience
Large financial portfolio management and quantitative modeling experience, including Risk/Return Analysis and Financial Markets Analysis, Return Optimization and Risk Mitigation, Forecasting and Scenario Design, Financial Risk Management, Pricing and Valuation Analysis, and Regulatory Capital Management Skills
Expertise using statistical methods, including developing and testing hypotheses, using experimental design, and running linear and logistic regressions
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
3 years of proven track records
Master's degree desired
Skilled in SQL
Skilled in Excel
Skilled in Tableau
Skilled in R or Python programming
