Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to work with Ent's members andpotential members to assist them in identifying and securing a mortgage loanthat is appropriate for achieving their financial goals, including homeownership. Mortgage loan officers respond to and follow up on member inquiriesthat come from multiple sources. The loan officer will collect and analyze themember's financial information and assess the member's financingcircumstances to determine which mortgage product might best fit their needs.This includes reviewing competing offers from other mortgage lenders andunderstanding the positive and negative features of many loan products.
Essential FunctionsExternal Realtor/Business development contacts, events, shows,seminars, education, committees.Take applications and review initial findings & decision.Analyze asset, income and DU required data independently.Collect data and appraisal fees.Continuing education.Refer to other Ent departments (EIS/CRE/Etc).Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies andprocedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this PositionHigh School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.1+ years' of mortgage industry origination or sales experience.5+ years' of mortgage experience with 2+ years in mortgage salesorigination. Pref
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in arelevant degree program or vice versa. The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00. (COM)
