  About the Team

  The Global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses to enable TikTok in its mission to inspire joy and creativity. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats. The team is composed of Policy, Operations, Product and Data specialists working cross-functionally with key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, PR, Legal, and Sales) to design and optimize ad policies, manage moderation processes, build scalable systems and tools driving efficiencies within our integrity mechanisms. This team is critical to working together to solve large scale issues that have significant global impact.

  Responsibilities

  Own Product Lines and Markets on an end-to-end basis

  - Responsible for owning and managing certain products / markets, including but not limited to management of work distribution, planning capacity, driving consistent improvement on quality front

  - Ensure team members execute tasks in line with the SOPs and keep abreast on process and policy changes

  - Support and drive team success by ensuring KPI targets are met. Track, monitor and report team and individual performance

  - Act as escalation point of contact for process questions, issues and resolution

  Taking the Lead in Stakeholder Management

  - Support global alignment across internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication and facilitation of cross-functional projects. Expectation is for the lead to ensure effective communication with XFN partners ; build strong and trust based relationships ; should have a problem solving attitude and should work on resolving conflicts. Lead is expected to strategise to meet common business objectives.

  Execute a qualitative and quantitative strategy for improving overall quality performance, mitigating operational risk, and proactively identifying trends

  - Analyze market level accuracy data to come up with insights around performance trends ; key challenges and actions around reducing the delta.

  People

  - Coach and develop the career of direct reports; manage their performance

  - Drive core recognition related activities to ensure high employee engagement levels

  Qualifications

  - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience;

  - Fluent in English as a working language when working with stakeholders across regions

  - 2+ years of operational experience in a major tech or media company, ads or content review experience is a plus;

  - Deep understanding of operation management, specifically in the areas of performance metrics system and efficiency enhancement;

  - Proficient Excel skills, familiar with formulas and pivot tables;

  - Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills;

  - Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization and follow-up;

  - Fast learner with the ability to adapt to evolving workflows without compromising attention to detail.
