The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
1.Be responsible for creating new training materials and conducting training sessions for our monetization ads integrity automation related work, especially in model training and optimizing fields such as labeling/collecting/classifying image/text/audio/video etc.;
2.Standardize and optimize model library management mechanism & labeling process and deliver tailored training for outsource vendor team;
3. Act as the 2nd line quality auditor to check vendor's labeling quality , participate in quality calibrations with BPO vendor teams, and make sure sustainable results to be delivered; fix the issues quickly and effectively;
4. Participate in setting realistic KPI metrics for vendor's productivity and efficiency, keep tracking and driving efficient actions;
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience; knowledge in computer science, model training or machine learning is a plus, but not essential;
2. Work experience in a major tech or social media company with 1-3 years in training or coach SME experience is required. Candidates with less experience, but demonstrate a strong willingness to learn can also be considered.
3. 1-2 years experience in ads labeling/model training, ads/content safety or quality analyst related experiences is a plus;
4. English as a working language, and native/business proficiency in Norwegian to support Norwegian market.
5. Proficient skills in MS Office;
6. Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and quick learning skills.
7. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
