This allows us to take a comprehensive, holistic approach to improving the lives of every person we serve - those who receive and those who reap the benefits of our innovative, responsive solutionsJob Description: It is the responsibility of the Mobile Therapist to conduct individual and family therapy with IBHS clients and receive consultative direction from the Clinical Coordinator and any assigned Behavior Consultant.Schedule Details: Full-Time and Part-Time AvailabilityLocation: Exton, PAProgram: Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)Pay Rate: $28+/hour Billable Rate; $15/hour Non-Billable Rate - Billable Rate Dependent on ExperienceJob Functions:Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/proceduresReport to direct supervisor, and other administrative staff as required, in a timely and comprehensive mannerComplete other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisorComplete all personally required training as per the Professional Development PlanSubmit to Human Resources in a timely manner copies of all required documentation regarding degrees, licenses, certifications, clearances, and formal trainingMaintain professional licensure and, when applicable, specialized certification in the designated state(s)Provide clinical mobile service delivery as defined by the program description, and best practice standards, and in full compliance with licensure standardsProvide quality mobile services based on established best practice principles of careMaintain quality documentation of clinical service deliveryMaintain professional relationships with clients, payers, and community support service representativesProvide all authorized client services and provide supporting documentation for re-authorizations, as necessary, in a timely mannerSubmit accurate and timely payroll and billing documentationAssist in the development of treatment plans when a BC is involved or direct development of treatment plans otherwiseEffective implementation of treatment plan interventions and consultation with other treatment professionals regarding their role in carrying out treatment plan interventionsConduct quality individual and family therapy, with a clinically appropriate balance between both modalitiesProvide crisis assessment and psychological stabilization, as necessaryCompletes accurate and timely clinical documentation, including but not limited to progress notes, ITPs, and discharge summariesParticipate in all required individual and peer supervision, as well as all applicable program staff meetingsMinimum Requirements:Education/Licensure (Must Meet One of the Following Qualifications):Have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults and a graduate degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, or counseling from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services. The Department will accept a general equivalency report from the listed evaluator agencies to verify a foreign degree or its equivalency.Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and have a graduate degree with a least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, education, counseling or a related field from a college or university accredit d by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or have an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services. The Department will accept a general equivalency report from the listed evaluator agencies to verify a foreign degree or its equivalency.Required Clearances:  Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance and Criminal Clearance, fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion listNote: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and ExperienceCompensation Package: Chimes-Holcomb offers a generous benefits package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Benefits are available on the first day of a new month after completing 30 days of employment. Health insurance, including a flexible spending account, medical, dental, and vision are included. Paid holidays in addition to earned paid time off, 403(B) with company match, and 1-year salary of life insurance are available as well. Some benefits are available to employees working between 25-29 hours per week. Eligible employees can choose to participate in our transportation subsidy program, disability insurance, employee recognition programs, and referral bonuses.
