Mobile Practice Leader

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Practice Leader to orchestrate our front-end development practice. This leader will drive the strategy and execution of our UI, mobile, and web development capabilities, ensuring that our clients receive the best-in-class digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision and strategy for our front-end development practice, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of UI, mobile, and web developers, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and challenges and provide expert advice on front-end development best practices.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of front-end development projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
Technical Excellence: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI, mobile, and web development, and integrate them into our practice.
Collaboration: Work closely with other practice leaders, UX designers, and back-end developers to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in UI development, mobile app development (iOS and Android), and web development.
Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and tools such as React, Angular, Vue.js, and others.
Strong understanding of responsive design, web performance optimization, and accessibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
