About Mobile Parts Support Representative

  We have an outstanding career for opportunity for aMobile Parts Support Representativeto join a leading Company located in theArchdale, NCsurrounding area.

  Job Responsibilities:

  Communicate and deliver superior customer service daily.

  Prepare spare parts quotations, process sales orders, create shipping & invoicing documentation, logistical tracking and follow up with customers (B2B).

  Process warranty orders, track customer return material authorizations and work with suppliers for warranty reimbursement.

  Schedule & dispatch Field Technicians for Mobile truck servicing, if needed, and coordinate cross-departmentally.

  Report in ERP Systems, and MS Suite & track warranty claims

  Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

  Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

  Create and maintain a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information.

  Maintain financial accounts, process credits and customer adjustments.

  Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution.

  Ability to understand operations of the equipment to provide technical customer support.

  Assist technicians in the field to support parts and warranties.

  Assist with Inventory twice a year.

  Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

  Cold call; make multiple outbound calls to existing customers.

  Inform customers of deals and promotions.

  Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  Basic Hiring Criteria:

  3-5 years of customer service in a distribution or manufacturing environment.

  3-5 years of MS Office experience, and SAP (preferred) or similar ERP systems.

  Associates, Bachelors, or technical degree preferred but NOT required.

  Proven inside sales experience.

  Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred.
