Manages enterprise-class mobile device management solutions. Manage client requirements, escalations and outages and coordinate with partners as needed.
MDM – TAM will provide triage support on escalations from the customers by gathering necessary information, validating outage or incident using relevant tools and escalate issues, as necessary.
Communicate with the partners, customers, EMM provider, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to resolve queries from mutual customer in accordance with the guideline set by the client.
This position will have a high degree of independence while working with the client and must be a self-starter that is able to resolve issues and provide feedback as needed.
Here's what you need:
Bechelor's Degree in Information Technology. Computer Science or other related fields
Must have at least 7 years of experience in related field
Good technical understanding of Android platform and experience in various EMMs and vertical solutions in different industries
Strong client-focus with a client-centric approach and has great communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Additional skill:
Program and Project Management skills
Android Enterprise Certication (associate to expert level)
