We are the behavioral health community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.
We are seeking a Mobile Crisis Response BSW to provide intervention services as a member of a community-based crisis response team serving clients and families in Kent County.
*The position is full time, 8 pm -- 8 am, three (3) days a week, 12-hour shifts. Weekend Rotation (every other) and holidays. No On-Call requirement. *

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Licensed in the State of Michigan as a licensed or limited licensed bachelor's social worker OR be eligible for a limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within 3 months of hire Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job related useThorough working knowledge of the practices and principles of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practiceComputer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry skillsDemonstrated experience communicating clearly and concisely in stressful situationsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communitiesAvailable for on-call services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (on a rotating basis)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valuedFull Licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed bachelor's social workerOne year experience in community-based crisis interventionThree years post undergraduate experience Spanish speaking
