Responsibilities JobSummary - Primary Function Complete assigned tasks and dailyresponsibilities with accuracy and meet productivity goals. Commit toworking longer hours as production demands dictate. Assist in schedulingand organizing the day-to-day operations of the department. Movepersonnel to ensure completion of daily tasks. Assign work, and assistwith that work, when necessary, to complete tasks. Ensure that you andothers are following all safety rules set forth by the company, assuringeveryone works in a safe manner. Does not extend break times, or abuse restroom breaks.High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or one to threemonth of related work experience and/or training; or an equivalentcombination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to readand interpret documents such as work orders, blueprints, shop drawings,and written instructions that determine the method and sequence ofassembling parts. Demonstrated ability to read a tape measure and beable to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, usingwhole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Preferred Qualifications:Typically more than five (5) years of experience in related jobfunction. Role may require technical certification, or associatesdegree.
