This role can be based in the UK, Spain, Germany, Czech Republic and Italy, across one of our Sortation Centers.

The Learning Program Manager for Leadership Development & Business Acumen, is an active member of the EU ATS Learning team, owning and supporting network-wide initiatives. They will own & lead the design and delivery of learning programs based on the learning priorities of our ATS customer.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
· Aggregate and analyse Learning metrics to identify opportunities to support the Europe ATS network with Learning products; design new metrics in the absence of existing data
· Identify emerging technology solutions to enhance the learning experience and reduce the resources/cost/lead time required to develop and execute training
· Partner with key business stakeholders to understand gaps in Learning programs and offer thoughtful, data-driven solutions to business problems
· Develop strategies and processes in partnership with other team leaders to ensure effective delivery of Europe ATS training programs for Associates and Leaders
· Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting their programs across the Europe ATS network
· Contribute to and influence adoption of Learning solutions
· Drive alignment to standardize learning solutions as well as gain feedback from the operational teams on opportunities for continuous improvement
The Learning Program Manager will support our Business Partners across the network to ensure that both existing and new Learning programs are continually aligned to meet internal customers’ needs
A day in the life
Successful candidates will have a creative, hands-on approach, as well as strong knowledge of creating Learning content, manage projects independently and focus on the learning experience for a curriculum. Will also provide technical and specialized expertise on solution design.
They will have knowledge on instructional design, Learning Management Systems and possess effective presentation and persuasion skills. This role requires the ability to influence without authority.
. Will work to standardize, simplify and improve the overall learning experience across ATS. They will consistently seek to make a positive impact on key business metrics, which include, safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.

Basic Qualifications
Relevant experience in a Learning Program Manager role
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with working with data analysis, dashboards, stakeholder engagement and possess effective presentation and facilitation skills
Experience with Leadership Development programs
