Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager Specialist (Level 3) to join the SIT (Seat Integration Team) based out of Everett, Washington .

The selected candidate will be the Seats Change Control Board Facilitator and Price & Offerability (P&O) Focal, working to gather inputs and integrate across multiple Engineering teams, Supply Chain teams as well as Airplane Program Business Operations for all Programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Integrates multiple SIT Engineering teams for centralized visibility and consistency in responses to 737/777 and 787 programs.
Gathers input from multiple sources including Airplane Program Business Operations and Scheduling Teams, 737/777 and 787 P&O meetings, to identify seat related changes with coordination and validation from SIT Subject Matter Experts, provide engineering quotes to 737/777 and 787 Program Change Boards and gather detailed work statements for 787 Program Change Board.
Develops and coordinates SIT Seat Program Change Control. Board meeting cadence and Workflow management of topics.
Develops Agendas, facilitates meetings, Identifies and Tracks Action Items to closure.
Develops and updates weekly SIT Change Board Log and meeting minutes.
Documents strategies, goals, objectives and tracks performance and visibility of progress for Senior Management.
Assembles data from multiple sources 737/777 and 787 Master Change Log, SIT Seat Program Change Control Board Log, working meetings and daily change management to prepare monthly SIT Change Management performance metrics for leadership review.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience creating and managing project plans, schedules, and baselines
3+ years of experience with analytics and/or project management processes
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Knowledge of Change Management Processes
Experience with Aerospace Industry
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
