Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Methods Process Analyst to join our team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.
Our Team is currently hiring for a range of experience levels including Mid-Level or Senior Methods Process Analyst.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leads the development and application of advanced industrial engineering concepts, approaches and techniques to product, process and services to meet program requirements.Consults on the development of complex plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, accident prevention measures, sequencing of operations and work flows.Recommends new techniques and technological developments for integration into the production process and service operations.Designs, maintains, and optimizes the production system by integrating design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel.Establishes standards for work flow design and analysis.Develops models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provides summary analysis and metrics to solve complex problems and provide consultation to senior leadership and customers.Directs research, design, development, improvement, and implementation of complex processes and tools to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality, for large scale systems integration and asset utilization.Consults on plans and programs for facility/factory modifications and revisions to operating methods.Evaluates product assembly instructions and standardizes assembly practices.Oversees operations planning, includes work statement analysis, budgeting and forecasts, capacity and constraint analysis and production change, to ensure technical goals and objectives are met.Manages execution planning by using project management, planning and scheduling and shop load practices.Consults on production, supply chain logistics, performance visibility and recovery planning support for a program.Initiates compliance actions to align to established industry safety, design standards and ergonomic guidelines.
Work Authorization Statement:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Bachelor's degree in business related curriculum such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics or Math. Other acceptable Bachelor's degrees include Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.4 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
4 or more years of experience working in a team environment.4 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles4 or more years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.Experience developing metrics to drive results and business improvements.Experience in Project ManagementProficient in structured problem solving.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite productsTeam Leadership (formal/informal) experienceStrong analytical skills.
Typical Education/Experience:
Mid-Level (L3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (L4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (L5) Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Mid-Level (L3): $79,050- $106,950
Senior Level (L4): $93,500- $126,500
Senior Level (L5): $119,850- $152,150
