Overview
Come join the Mid-Market Marketing Team as the accountable marketing leader driving the accelerated growth of the QuickBooks Online Payments sales program. The primary responsibility of the role is to be the marketing single point of contact to accelerate growth and innovation through Go-To-Market strategy & execution of Online Payments and money products (e.g., Capital, Bill Pay). You will partner closely with the sales program leaders, as well as with our finance, marketing channels, operations, and product partners to drive strong business results on our QuickBooks Online Payments business.
What you'll bring
BA/BS or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred
8+ years of marketing or consulting experience, with SaaS and Fintech strongly preferred
Well versed in B2B go-to-market motions such as segmenting your target audience, product Market fit, competitive positioning, sizing potential demand and how you plan to meet it and offers, including thought leadership strategies and developing impactful demand generation and lead nurture campaigns
Experience leading competitive and benefits-based selling and relationship marketing via sales
Customer-centric mindset - Listens to customers, champions their success, and makes decisions that benefit the customer and the entire Intuit portfolio
Ability to identify big insights by synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to unlock growth opportunities and develop business strategies and lead excellent execution
Influences across teams to get things done, across all levels up to Executive and across multiple functions to achieve results by building strong relationships
Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest-impact near-term levers

How you will lead
Develop and implement the marketing plan to achieve our Payments Specialist Program sales pipeline goals - inclusive of our campaigns, bundles, demand gen strategies and enablement content plans
Partner on the pipeline management strategy with a focus towards demand generation to the Payment Specialist program
Identify and partner cross functionally to fill the gaps and capitalize on opportunities we have in content creation, testimonials and claims
Deep understanding of how our product ecosystem is performing and what’s needed upstream in our campaigns to drive upgrade & attach
Voice of customer insights from Sales to shape product roadmaps and marketing actions. Leverage insights gained from the Sales teams to turn into viable features and offers tailored for the QuickBooks Online Payments customers acquired through our Sales teams.
Develop a deep understanding of our sales channels, competitive landscape, customers, and the Payments offerings to create strategies for driving conversion throughout the sales cycle
Aid in creating insights that lead to high retention, increased product usage, and cross sell/up sell
Be a strong advocate for sales team experience, and equip the team with the knowledge and tools to sell effectively
