The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of IT projects. This role encompasses delivering outcomes across all aspects of the project life cycle, including project initiation and planning, developing processes to monitor and evaluate the project, managing project deliverables and communication, facilitating stakeholder engagements, coordinating procurement and contract negotiations, and supporting project reporting requirements.

Job Responsibilities: -

\n\n Effectively lead and manage project teams, including planning and prioritising project team activities \n Ensure strict execution of Scheduled Tasks / Project Plan within defined timelines \n Provide project and administrative support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure time, cost and quality indicators are aligned with approved project plans \n Contribute to the preparation of project briefs to support informed decision making and planning \n Identify, control, and manage issues, risks, dependencies, and changes in project scope, including the development of issues and risk registers and project monitoring and evaluation processes \n Coordinate project communication, including developing and implementing communication and engagement content and leading engagement and change management activities \n Working in partnership with the Project Sponsor and key stakeholders. Support project governance and reporting to them in accordance with agreed project methodologies and protocols \n Coordinate and provide regular updates to the Project Steering Committee where required \n Manage the project budgets. Track, report, and ensure project Invoices are submitted to customer on time \n Works closely with PMO and Business team, and interface with Offshore for the project delivery \n Securing approvals on achievement of Project Milestones \n Ensuring projects are successfully delivered well within the approved budgets and schedule \n Draft, review and submit agreed project closure reports and handover documents \n\n

Key skills: -
\n\n Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience with hands on experience of managing Infra and application projects \n Has in-depth knowledge on Project Management Lifecycle and Methodologies \n Has excellent understanding of drafting SoW and PCR documents and project reports \n Excellent negotiation skills \n Confident in dealing with tough unfavourable situations and managing stakeholders \n Good understanding on identifying, tracking, reporting, and mitigating Project Risks and Issues \n Possesses Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication skills with Service oriented attitude to build Productive Work Relationship and Goal-oriented Customer focus \n Should have experience in handling Mid-size/large size engagements of team size above 10 \n Remote people management skills \n Good to have PMP, Prince 2 or Agile Scrum Certification \n Project Management
