Job Summary

You will work with a user community of 18,000 globally, leveraging the full potential of Microsoft 365 for communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, collaborative work approach, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality collaboration and productivity solutions.
Job Requirements
Managing scaled environments on the Microsoft 365 platformExperience with 8k+ user environments across multiple regionsProficiency in Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid Mode), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams (backend and client configuration/management)Knowledge of Windows and Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCPPower Platforms backend configuration and management experienceFamiliarity with hybrid Active Directory environmentsGeneral 365 tenant configuration, management, and backup/recovery patternsUnderstanding of Azure systems management and administrationKnowledge of Microsoft 365 compliance features and their managementProficiency in PowerShell and infrastructure automation languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go, Node)Experience in Microsoft 365 security, hardening, and related best practicesUnderstanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management servicesFamiliarity with Defender for Office, Azure Automation, AWS Lambda, and serverless cloud architecture designKnowledge of secure development practices and SQL reporting/query writingUnderstanding of Azure B2B and Azure B2CExcellent communication skills, both technical and non-technicalProactive communication and follow-up abilitiesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work independentlySelf-motivated and forward-thinking personality
