  Job description

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Experience with enabling D365 Sales module

  Ability to configure workflows and requirements in D365 as per business requirement.

  Strong understanding on Power Platform for additional customizations.

  Experience with Power Pages to build customer facing portals.

  Experience of Power Virtual Assistant implementation

  Required Skills:

  Experience with Sales Premium License features Sales Hub, Sales Accelerator, LinkedIn Navigator, Viva Sales etc)

  Using scoring models.

  Understanding to configure Customer Insights Module and Marketing modules.

  Experience with Real time Marketing preferred.

  12+ Years of overall and 8+ years of D365 CE Experience

  Ability to converse with customer on Business Requirements

  Experience with Agile methodology
