What Your Job Will Be Like:
Organization 05251: Advanced Microsystems Radiation Effects, is seeking a Microelectronics Semiconductor Technologist to run lot acceptance testing for microelectronics applications. The selected candidate will operate and maintain automated semiconductor wafer test equipment, run production lot qualification tests, verify results using semiconductor parameter analyzers, disposition lots for delivery, and document test results using automated factory flow systems.
On any given day you may be called on to:
Loading wafers onto automated probers and performing electrical tests using ATE.
Setting up prober and test files for new products.
Reviewing wafer acceptance reports, analyzing test data trends using standard tools (such as JMP), and moving production lots based on pass/fail criteria.
Investigating parameter failures and documenting lot-problem reports.
Communicating with team members, managing area inventory, and maintaining production schedule.
Maintaining and repairing probe cards and production equipment, and ensuring current calibration certifications.
Developing and performing new tests to assist with yield improvement work.
Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant must be able to work onsite.
Qualifications We Require:
Associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering, or four (4) years relevant experience
Experience with microelectronics voltage and current measurements, preferably at the wafer level
Ability to acquire and maintain a DOE Q-level security clearance
Qualifications We Desire:

About Our Team:
The Advanced Microsystems Radiation Effects and Analysis team develops, integrates, characterizes, and assures the radiation hardness, reliability, and wafer-level electrical performance of advanced microsystems technologies for the nation’s nuclear deterrence mission.

Salary Range:
$57,400.00 - $110,500
*Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.
