Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support MH-139 maintenance efforts at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana . The individual will work closely with the MH-139 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the MH-139 platform
Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
Documents audit results in standard formats
Works under general supervision
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in maintenance efforts
1+ year of experience in a Quality Assurance Representative role
Capable of working a variable shift, and occasional overtime and weekends
Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Air Force technical data experience
AS9100 Revision D experience
DCMA INST 8210 experience
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. There is a sign-on bonus for external applicants and a retention bonus for internal applicants.
