Position Summary
Act as an engaged member of the PEO segment to assist in driving projects and initiatives that increase the effectiveness of our support to our PEO customers, the efficiency of how we work, and the engagement of our team to result in profitable business growth of the segment.
This includes:
Project management support for PEO Communities of Practice (business process improvement)
Employee Engagement initiatives
Lead and engage other business partners in support of Aetna's participation in NAPEO (PEO industry association) - contract, budgets, planning and management for annual conference and yearlong opportunities
Offsites and customer/contultant meeting planning and support
Customer/consultant sponsorships support and engagement with financial budgets.
Recurring team meeting support and faciliataion (weekly Sales & Service, weekly extended leaders, monthly team, quarterly All Hands, PEO consultant meetings)
Lead PEO Investment Growth execution plans: -Grow Share Opportunities -Cross Sell Penetration -Staffing & Onboarding facilitation
Required Qualifications
3 or more years of demonstrated strong project management experience
Strong project management skills, particularly project management support tools
Experience with SharePoint, MSTeams and Microsoft product suite
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to learn the details of the PEO marketplace and Aetna's PEO customers
Experience interacting with external Aetna customers and consultants
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $117,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
