  Position: Manager, Workforce & Location Planning

  Location: Miami, Fl

  Reports to: Senior Director, Workforce & Location Planning

  Summary:

  We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Workforce Planning and Location Manager to support our efforts in optimizing workforce distribution and strategically planning locations. This role plays a crucial part in executing workforce plans, location strategies, and ensuring efficient operations. Reporting to the Global head of Workforce & Location Planning, the role will play a strategic role in driving RCG's efforts in optimizing global workforce distribution and an aligned enterprise-wide location strategy. The role will entail partnering with the cross functional teams across businesses and support functions to help achieve efficiency objectives.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce planning tool, aligning global staffing levels for businesses and capturing demand fluctuations.Analyze workforce trends, demographic shifts, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, skill requirements, and resource allocation across various functions and locations.Development workforce models, scenario planning, and forecasting to anticipate future workforce needs.Provide fact based guidance to business aligned workforce planning leads - fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Support Business Stakeholders determine appropriate functional areas for ONO and location assessment and implementation designPartner with leads to develop implementation strategies to optimize location and workplace considering factors such as remote work, flexible schedules, and talent mobility.Partner closely with HR partners across locations to ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies align with workforce planning goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of location decisions on staffing, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.Support fact-based location planning by evaluating the performance and viability of current and potential sites based on business prioritiesMonitor and analyze key performance indicators related to location efficiency, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

  5-7years experience in workforce planning, location strategy or related rolesIn-depth knowledge of workforce planning methodologies and toolStrategic mindset and the ability to align workforce and location strategies with overall business objectives.Experience working with and managing cross functional teams across time zones and geographies.Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business management functions and peers/ team member and external third-party groups.Ability to manage ambiguity with demonstrated confidence & credibility. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Acts with integrity, professionalism, and able to handle confidential information and issues with discretion and sound judgment.Strong business acumen, Flexibility, and intellectual curiosityExcellent communication & collaboration skillsStrong story boarding skills required. Proficiency in MS Tools (Excel, PowerPoint) required.Bachelor's degree required.Experience working for a global company as well as a growth organization demonstrating adaptability and change management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence managers and a proven track record of proactively analyzing situations, data, identifying employee needs, troubleshooting, and recommending appropriate solutions.Ability to build cohesive teams and coach & develop junior employees.Demonstrated experience building valued and trusted relationships with your clients and partners.Acts with integrity, professionalism, and able to handle confidential information and issues with discretion and sound judgment.Strong business acumen, Flexibility, and intellectual curiosity
