Job Summary
Keystone is NetApp's pay-as-you-grow, storage-as-a-service (STaaS) offering that delivers a seamless hybrid cloud experience for those preferring OPEX consumption models to upfront CAPEX or leasing. By removing the IT burdens of managing storage infrastructures and going through the lengthy procurement cycle, you can better align storage costs to business needs, accelerate time to value and focus on core business operations by managing outcomes. Keystone is positioned as a leader in GigaOm Sonar for Storage as a Service Consumption Models, with a strong emphasis on the differentiation with our integration with cloud services.
Keystone product team is responsible to build the right service offering based on NetApp technologies including ONTAP, StorageGRID, cloud services and with Technology partner solutions. This role reports to Director of Product Management, and lead a young talent of PMs to increase Keystone adoption across all market segments with best customer experience.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities
• Lead group of young product manager talents, with ability to delegate the tasks
• Function as an expert on advanced storage technologies and showcase understanding of Storage as a Service and its technical /business value drivers
• Work with customers to translate their challenges to product requirements and work with engineering team to prioritize and deliver it
• Work with technology partners, identify and deliver joint solutions to address customer challenges
• Responsible for integrating into SaaS platform and work with cross functional team to deliver cloud-like experience to Keystone customers
• Establish segment specific product, feature and use case adoption trends
• Carry out Voice of Customer activities with top customers across segments to establish baseline on technical/ operational/ business drivers, challenges and opportunities for improvement impacting adoption of products/features/use cases
• Develop and deliver value enablement collateral highlighting benefits of adopting products/features to address specific use cases and workloads across segments
• Work with Customer Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Account Teams and Global Support teams to systematically drive product and feature adoption across customer installed base
• Develop close relationships with major technical users/influencers at top customer accounts and act as a trusted advisor
• Builds strong connections and work cohesively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Prior experience in managing a team will be a plusPrior experience in working with establishing and executing on a systemic customer enablement process Ability and aptitude to develop deep understanding of NetApp's product portfolio, market segments, value propositions Ability to consolidate information from a variety of resources, including (but not limited to) usage data, customer feedback, and market analysis, to create field/customer enablement collateral and roadmaps Self-motivated, process driven, biased toward action, capable of defining objectives and delivering streams of work from start to finish with limited oversight
Education
8 years of prior experience of working in Enterprise Software or the IT infrastructure space in the following roles: Product Management, Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering Bachelor degreed or equivalent experience.
