Responsible for the operation of long-tail customers on company’s digital platform, as well as acquisition of sales leads, developing and activating new customers.
Perfect the long-tail customers’ profile to build segmentation standards, integrate internal resources for different level customers, plan and implement differentiated operational strategies to accelerate the development and growth of high-quality customers.
Fully understand and learn industry and category knowledge, investigate issues and needs in the customer journey to improve our digital solution. Continuously optimize operational strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze business data and customer behavior data on the platform, summarize the problems such as resource efficiency, customer operation pain points, product strategy, etc., and implement solutions. Build success cases and refine operational methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
Minimum 5 years of customer sales, operation or service experience, Health/Medical Aesthetics/Medical industry related is preferred.
Strong business insights and awareness of hierarchical management, data sensitive and good data processing capabilities , be able to plan customer strategies independently.
Good communication and cross-function collaboration skills, be able to integrate resources, efficient collaboration and win-win cooperation.
Excellent learning skills and team spirit, motivated and willing to take challenges, have a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
