As a Data Insights Manager in the Credit Services department, you'll manage the development of insights and analytical capabilities to inform critical business decisions. This position will manage analytical projects that generate actionable insights to better understand performance of policies/programs and drive a deeper understanding of our customers and continuously improve credit risk assessment.
WHAT OUR DATA INSIGHTS MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Actively engages with Credit Services' leaders to provide analytical insights that enable operations to reduce risk in the development and execution of processes to enhance revenue while reducing losses.Conducts deep-dive analyses to understand program performance, conducts complex multivariate analysis that addresses key strategic questions and drives ad hoc projects.Monitors and evaluates performance of strategies and plans to evaluate business impacts while defining opportunities to optimize.Manages teams, project plans, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure projects are appropriately supported, completed on time, and delivered with the highest quality.Ensures proper software development life cycle is leveraged for all projects.Recruits, manages, and develops analysts.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Working within a data platform and data analysis environment: 5 years or more; managing complex projects: 5 years or more; leading teams of data analysts and data scientistsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Sciences or related field consumer insights or quantitative analysis or related fieldTechnical skills: Demonstrated in-depth skills with SQL, SAS, Python, and R; effective use of MS Excel and PowerPointAbilities: Balance conflicting resource demands and internal pressures with focus towards business priorities; communicate effectively with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing; manage strategy development with a variety of stakeholders through analytical expertise and business acumen; manage complex and diverse projects simultaneously; supervise and motivate others
