Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to managing the administration, strategic planning, and operations of an assigned portfolio. In this role, you will monitor, provide analysis, and report on the end-to-end execution of business processes using enterprise systems for effective tracking and reporting.

The MF Risk - Asset Management - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Support a portfolio's vision and strategic objectives.
Analyze portfolio progress and enact changes, along with reporting portfolio performance to key stakeholders.
Evaluate risk of current assets, while complying with governance and controls.
Coordinate and deliver trainings for customers.
Launch and maintain customer education tools.
Support customer education initiatives by working with key stakeholders and marketing teams to develop new training content and materials.

Minimum Required Experiences
2 yearsDesired Experiences
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Risk assessment and management skills including evaluating controls, conducting impactful assessments, identifying control gaps, and remediating risk.
Comfortable leveraging technology as a tool for assessing risk.
Financial and Property analysis.
Knowledge of DUS/GSE Asset Management guidelines.
Training development and evaluation.
Skills
Demonstrated knowledge of the DUS Model, Multifamily products and market, real estate finance, legal contracts, loan documents, and property/ collateral valuation.
Ability to provide subject matter expertise specific to the Multifamily Seller Servicer Guide (MSSG) policies, its uses, and applications.
Ability to analyze Multifamily portfolio data, counterparties, markets, loan agreements/ terms, financial statements, cash flows and loss calculations, identify trends and draw reasonable conclusions.
Skilled in Content Creation, Editing Skills, Training Development and Evaluation.
Ability to direct others in the process of navigating multiple systems, managing data, and creating reports.
Ability to improve processes for monitoring and communicating credit risk within the team, across the Multifamily organization, and with lender partners.
Ability to deal with multiple business units within the Multifamily organization and lender partners.
Support the development of action plans for non-routine project-based work including regulatory and internal audit activities.
Strong written, oral communications, negotiating and conflict resolution skills.

Experience using Microsoft Access, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence
Skilled in Excel, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Forms
