Who you are:
This is a great role for someone who is a highly energetic team player with strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate is one who excels in fast-paced contact center environments and can ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, customer retention, and growth. In addition, this individual can work collaboratively with multiple departments to achieve company goals.
What you will do:
In short - you will provide seamless delivery of the service experience while recognizing appropriate ways to deepen relationships with each customer.
Using a consultative approach, you will proactively engage small and medium segment customers via inbound calls and e-mail communications in an effort to build relationships and secure new business opportunities.
Through thorough discovery, you will identify and offer appropriate needs-based solutions and service options and recognize cross sell opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer retention.
