Lead and manage post mix maintenance teams to achieve the department targets on equipment repair & maintenance post mix machine performance.Provide a single point of contact for marketing equipment sales and service by coordinating service and equipment move activity communication between the customer and Pepsi.

Coaching:
Develop efficient and effective tech team through on-the-job coaching & feedback and off-the-job training as per MEM quality service best practice guidelines.Ensure the quality of the MEM standards visit steps, and implementation for customers call.Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the Health & Safety programs in the field
Qualifications
Knowledge of Egypt markets 3 years, Experience in the field of refrigerant / electricalFluent in English both spoken and written.Strong Refrigerant Mechanical and Electrical aptitude, with the ability to work independently in the field.Computer knowledge and able to use electronic diagnostic tools for trouble shooting equipment in field.He will be able to refer to equipment manuals for trouble shooting and be able to read and understand electrical diagrams.Experience working with coolers / post mix machine / vending machine.Warranty Administration, Technical and Product Knowledge of Coolers / post mix machine / Industrial Machinery, Teamwork, Analytical Skill.Ensure repairs are conducted according to manufacturer's procedures and follows the help and safety procedure.Private Driving License is a must.Effective communication skills Good customer relationship managementPeople management and good teamworkTakes initiatives and flexible to adopt with changes.
