The Marketing Manager, Retention Marketing, will develop and manage direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns for Aetna Marketing to support the growing, fast-paced, Medicare Advantage and Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP) business lines. You will report to the Lead Director of Retention Marketing and will:
Design and deliver integrated communications campaigns (email, direct mail, digital) to support retention and net membership growth goals.
Work with the retention marketing team, internal departments, and outside agencies to strategize, plan and deliver integrated communications campaigns.
Set the direction and tone of communications projects. You’ll be assigned long-range projects and be reviewed through achievement of objectives according to pre-defined goals.
Consult with internal customers, including Management and peers inside and outside of Marketing, on marketing communications initiatives essential to the team's success. This requires the ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of the business.
Measure campaign results
Apply marketing principles, theories, and concepts.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of marketing work-related experience.
2+ years of knowledge and expertise in direct-to-consumer marketing and experience in one or more sub-disciplines (email marketing, direct marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, advertising, agency management, consulting).

The typical pay range for this role is:
$69,300.00 - $152,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
