About the Role
We are growing our Medical team in preparation of bringing innovative new products to the Australian market.
In this important senior Medical role, as Medical Manager, you'll provide medical leadership, strategic guidance and technical expertise to our Medical Affairs team and internal stakeholders. As a key driver of external engagement and stakeholder management in the Specialty Care space, you'll work closely with your wider medical field. Your dedication to developing an extensive knowledge of relevant therapy areas will play a crucial role in enhancing GSK's reputation among key influencers.
You'll:Demonstrate leadership and drive performance, setting measures of success for your teamDevelop and execute medical strategy and tactics to support GSKs objectivesEngage with external experts to facilitate scientific dialogueLead strategic medical projects, collaborating with colleagues across GSKProvide medical expertise for scientific submissions and promotional activitiesAbout you?
To excel in this role, you'll demonstrate excellent communications skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. You'll bring a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in appraising and interpreting data, and the ability to share this with internal stakeholders to drive strategic success.
