Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a licensed Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to oversee and run the laboratory at an outpatient cancer facility. While not mandatory, 1-2 years of experience is preferred. The role includes but is not limited to genetics testing, quality control, conducting various tests, maintaining the cleanliness of the lab, operating complex equipment, and managing lab supply orders. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who takes responsibility and pride in managing lab operations. The successful candidate will be a graduate with an MLT license seeking long-term career growth, and must be comfortable with a high degree of autonomy in the workplace.

Work Environment:
The position is located at an outpatient cancer facility in Tampa, Florida, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday from 7:45am to 4:45pm.
