On call responsibilities on a voluntary basis

What you will do -
While representing Stryker you will be responsible for the distribution and delivery of products/services for our representatives and customers. You will prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products to ensure timely delivery/pick up/return of sets and loaner sets while fielding customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel. You will also provide warehouse support when necessary.
Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization
Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations
Read maps, and route configuration
Perform safety inspections in transportation setting
Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing/broken implants & instruments
Perform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), and keeps accurate maintenance records
Advise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle
Record sales, delivery information, transactions and issues on daily sales or delivery record
Field customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team members
Assist with Cycle Counting scans, leverage hospital relationships to influence PO collection, and relay surgery schedules when available.
What you need-
0+ Years of experience required
Must possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions
Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed
Participate with On-call rotation
