Service Representative Team Leader (Courier TL), NE703 – GR05
Performs the duties of the Service Representative. Based on merit and company needs serves as a backup for all routes, may assist in coordination of activities at local office. Knowledge of multi-routes, office procedures, may function as work leader. Responsible for reviewing and assigning work. Researches, troubleshoots, and follows-up on customer inquiries and problems. Troubleshoots and assists department employees in resolving problems. Keeps supervisor informed. Trains employees. Performs administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor. Knowledge of office equipment and computer experience required . Thorough knowledge of Customer Services procedures and operations.
Skill Requirements
Administrative: Answer telephones, maintain logs/records, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications.
Machine: Calculator, personal computer.
Physical Demands: Speech clarity, utilization of fingers and hands, standing-remaining on one’s feet in an upright position, sitting-remaining in the normal seated position, handling-seizing, holding, grasping and possible casual to regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/3-5 years experience, but an Associate’s Degree is preferred. Must have a Valid Driver’s License
