Description:
Promotes efficient patient flow and patient care. Performs clinic support tasks including miscellaneous clerical duties, answering phones, and maintaining physician's schedule.
Escort Patients to and from exam rooms, physicians offices and treatment rooms as appropriate
Obtains all necessary patient records as required by physician
Orders supplies and stocks treatment rooms
Responds to all patients' calls as requested
Performs other administrative duties (typing, filing, faxing reception)
Schedule follow up appointments
