The team
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will prepare, follow and improve required processes of new and existing products.

Your future responsibilities
Analyzing the technical requirements for new sales proposals (sheetmetal, welded, painted components);
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects;
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating technical activities and problem solving;
Transfer of products, equipments and processes from HQ to Sibiu Plant;
Interact on a daily basis with different departments;
Cooperate and communicate with Headquarter responsible;
Preparing technical documentation with mechanical design software for devices and possible improvement ideas.
Your profile
Technical studies in the field of Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or similar studies;
+5 years’ experience and deep knowledge within the industrial production processes (would be an advantage for processes punching, bending, welding, painting);
3 years’ experience in new project implementation and transfer;Strong process mindset with Lean manufacturing experience, aiming to achieve excellence;
Technical understanding of documentation;
Align, and collaborate well with local key functions such as Technology, Sales, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance and functions from Germany HQ;
Ability to prioritize and to work under pressure;
Switch between different tasks easily;
Working knowledge of ERP system, SAP or similar required;
Experience with 2D and 3D mechanical design software (ex.: Creo Elements Direct Modelling, Catia, NX, SolidEdge, etc.);
Advance Microsoft Office skills;
Good command of the English language, German would be an advantage.
