　　Responsible for product mechanical design at segment in BU PSS China for new development and mass products based on customer requirements by defined processes and guidelines.

　　Qualifications

　　1.Project

　　• Lead or conduct ME development activity according to ME development process

　　• Conduct object and milesotone review Act as review partner to ensure delivery quality

　　• Cooperate with other project stakeholder (R&D cross discipline, PM, Manufacturing, Quality and purchasing) to ensure project sucess.

　　2.ProjectME PM area

　　• ME project management, Conduct project estimation, plan, tracking, resource organization, release, report, escalation

　　ME engineering area

　　• ME requirement engineering

　　• ME design, check & release in system, ME data create or maintain in system;

　　• Perform or coordinate Mechanical test

　　• Support / cooperate with other related functions internal / external

　　3.Competence• Develop technical solutions in own area of responsibility.

　　• Constantly improve knowledge and experience on own field

　　• Technique lead for responsible competence development

　　• Provide support to own discipline and other disciplines

　　4.Training• Provide Training& knowledge sharing

　　• Act as a coach for engineers in integration period

　　• Provide consulting to other engineers for problem solving

　　• Apply training knowledge into work practice

　　5.Quality & Improvement• Coordinate lessons learned activities and define / implement improvement measures

　　• Optimise current working method to improve efficiency and quality.
