  Dates: Summer 2024, full-time (May/June through August)

  The eCommerce Growth intern will partner with the North America eCommerce team to help drive Kimberly-Clark Professional's strategic business plan for omni-channel growth. The intern will work with insights, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify value creation opportunities across key digital shelf levers including content, search, pricing, availability, and marketing. The intern will have the opportunity to prepare and communicate the results of their work in a clear and concise manner for leadership.

  The Kimberly-Clark Professional eCommerce Growth intern will gain exposure to the following areas:

  Fast accelerating B2B eCommerce marketplaceHarvesting insights from best-in-class analytical toolsBuilding business models and ROI casesLeveraging Growth PlaybooksConnecting with eCommerce leaders

  Qualifications

  MBA (Enrollment Required)Minimum 2+ years' prior work experienceBachelor's degree in business analytics, data analytics, digital marketing, eCommerce, IT, or related fieldCritical thinking and ability to interrogate resultsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership experience during college yearsExperience at building relationships and business acumenAbility to plan, manage and maintain an awareness of concepts in a complex, organization-wide programMust be completely PC proficient, able to develop oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets, and general correspondenceAbility to work 40 hours per weekPermanent authorization to work in the U.S. on a regular, full-time basis
