Facilitate follow or fix mindset as pertaining to allstandards - observe, coach and mentor Facilitate training prioritiesutilizing the skill matrix - goal: skilled & flexible & engaged TeachPDCA Recognize & celebrate behaviors and results that support ourculture or brand 3rd Priority - Continuous Improvement - Reduce CostLead continuous improvement activities, participate in PDCA & Kaizenevents; engaging team at all levels.
