　　Responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

　　Supervisory roles that provide direct or indirect leadership for overall projects operation, including leadership for operations in which activities are centralized shared resources to execute customer projects and/or project monitoring activities.Role may include direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketUses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.The Master Scheduler is responsible for the Factory Deliverable Plan (one plan from Quote to Bill , ENG, SOU, PUR, and MFG). SPOC for Factory Loading , Manufacturing Slotting ,focus is on business outcomes. ( Plan, actual, escalation, mitigation). Metrics Management across functions , Drive Metrics achievement. SAP PP and MM necessary but also some knowledge of SAP WM. Understands Planning Project Management and critical path analysis.Excellent data analysis and presentation skills to present to stakeholders. Someone who can highly influence deliverables and negotiate in 360deg (above, below, and sideways). to meet / exceed customer requirements with a process driven approach Influences teams to meet the timeline, foresee risk and work in mitigation with all stake holders. Owns and controsl the planning cycle from ITO to customer delivery.Creates visibility to team on the order flow, slot and scheduling, advance pulling, etc. Keeps stakeholders periodic updated on actions, seek support / escalate on time.Requirement is for a factory which is scaling up for future , full time factory based and dedicated to factory deliverables incl spares , in outs etc

　　This role requires advanced experience in the Project Management & Operations Leadership. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).Clear understanding of the planning, high level of SAP PP literacy,
