Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Master Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Materials Manager, MPS role involves supporting materials and production functions
Here is a glimpse of what you'll do: Track the materials team performance through diverse reports. Elaborate and present "clear to build" analysis to the customer. Work closely to program management and materials management areas. Release the MRP execution to purchasing in a weekly basis. Analyze the demand from customer and based on materials availability, determine if the customer's demand can be built (availability and schedules). Upload data at MRP system: following the guidelines provided by materials and program management considering customer's demand information. Submit the CTB to program manager and to production control, for the elaboration of production plan (Ensure efficiency and accuracy in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build)). Analyze and authorize ECOs (engineering change orders) to Product Engineering team. Excess and obsolete analysis and implement corrective actions when required. Inventory data projection. Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts. Here is some of what you'll need (required): BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience. Related Electronics manufacturing industry experience. Related experience in materials. Strong data analysis knowledge. Strong MRP knowledge. Advanced English. Advanced Excel. Assertive communication skills to internal and external customer: verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with Databases such as Kinaxis is a plus.
