Responsibilities:
Loyalty Program Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute loyalty program strategies.
Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for program enhancement.
Implement and manage data-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Data Control and Quality Assurance:
Take ownership of data integrity and accuracy within the marketing databases.
Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
Identify and rectify data discrepancies, ensuring a high level of accuracy in all marketing communications.
Internal Audits:
Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze marketing performance data.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on audit findings to optimize future marketing efforts.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate reports on loyalty program performance and key marketing metrics.
Utilize analytical tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
Present findings to the marketing team and senior leadership.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience 2-3 years as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
Strong background in data control and management.
Familiarity with loyalty program development and implementation.
Experience in conducting internal audits and analyzing marketing performance metrics.
Proficient in data analysis tools and CRM platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
