About the Role
This Marketing Technology Associate role based out of Amsterdam with a global focus, will focus on handling and scaling up biddable performance marketing activity on social networks (Meta, Tiktok) as well as display (Google Ads). The Performance Marketing Associate will work closely with stakeholders from the AdTech team, the different lines of business (Rides, Eats), and analytics teams to lead and scale up our performance marketing activity on their channel while adhering to return on ad spend constraints for Uber.
What You'll Do
Lead full-cycle execution of global direct response paid social and display campaigns across Facebook, Snap, TikTok, Google ads, and other social channels.Determine areas of opportunity, build and implement experiments and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Manage our advertising vendors and collaborate on the experimentation roadmap

Experience collaborating with Ad Tech partners to develop and implement advanced automation strategies and optimization solutions across app and web campaigns.SQLYou have understanding of measurement, attribution, and bidding engines.Experience working with ad tech teams and product managers to build API tools for automation and advanced optimization.
