The Marketing Technology Analyst will drive technology enablement of services across Unilever's end-to-end marketing capabilities. This role is leading the data-driven marketing operations and analytics with a focus on consumer data and performance marketing. A strong emphasis is placed on executing integrated consumer experiences, utilizing automation, and contributing to a scalable operational framework. Strong influencing and communication skills will be required to succeed.
Who You Are & What You'll Do
The North American Marketing Technology Analyst position is based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and is responsible for operational excellence, vendor management, business partnering and strategic communication.
The role resides within the NA UniOps organization and requires an understanding of how marketing technology & data can accelerate business growth and be a differentiator. Areas of focus cover technology, data, and commerce. Through collaboration across the Consumer Technology team and partnering cross-functionally the role facilitates:consumer experience designmarketing journey orchestrationcampaign executionperformance analyticsautomationdecision optimization (AI)Your stakeholders are brand & shopper marketing teams, internal service leads and external agencies. Receives assignments in the form of Objectives, and Key Results (OKRs) orchestrated across the Consumer Technology Tribe via an agile methodology. The ability to gain stakeholder consensus, build coalitions, and contribute to the organizational vision will be crucial for success.

What You'll Need to Succeed3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, personalization, and digital operations (ex. Business Analyst or Data Analyst role) Knowledge of analytics tools (Google or Adobe or other)Knowledge of tag management solutions (Adobe Launch or other)Passion for data, problem-solving and analysisKnowledge of digital marketing tactics and performance benchmarksExperience working with external technology partners Experience working across tech stacks and managing integrationsExperience with visualization tools a plus (DOMO, Power BI, Tableau)Knowledge of CDPs and marketing cloud ecosystems a plus!Knowledge of clean rooms Knowledge of Retail Media Networks a plus!Experience with industry standard CMS and e-comm platforms Exposure to AdTech (DMPs, DSPs, Ad Servers, Exchanges) a plus!Experience in data management practices; hands-on use of 1P, 2P and 3P data Must have ability to tackle complex situations, evaluate options, and provide informed solutions/recommendations a plus!Understand the principles and execution of the agile methodology a plus!Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
