Job Description Summary
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategies BD Specimen Management platform (BD Vacutainer blood collection tube, Arterial blood syringe, Safety needle, etc) in BD Life Sciences Segment in order to meet business objectives financially and strategically. Ultimate objective is to maximize business output for sustainable and profitable business growth through developing business strategy and executing the plans with effective collaborations with internal and external partners(distributor)

Responsibilities
Develop short-term and long-term business strategy, execute sales plans with the distributor for BD Specimen Management.Build strong expertise in Specimen Management for clinical laboratory test and utilize it in order to support the product and application training for the partner. - Collect, verify, and analyze data on market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products.Maintain/Build good relationship with customers and business partners. Adapt plans to improve various advertising, promotions including digital/omnichannel initiative(s)Work with Regional (Greater Asia) and Global team for better business outcomes.Complete other tasks assigned by line-manager or business director
Requirements
Minimum more than 5 years work experiencesKnowledge of Hematology is a plusMarketing consulting experience is a plusGood commands of English
