  Right now, we have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Marketing / Divisional Lead to join the Adult & Period Care team on a 12 month maternity cover contract. Reporting into the Personal Care Marketing Director, you will be a key member of Marketing leadership team, making a strong contribution in developing a high performing Marketing team as well as the culture across the Marketing organisation. This position heads up the Adult & Period Care Sector team responsible for building the growth strategy that delights consumers and drives value for Kimberly-Clark.

  You will drive a comprehensive annual planning process, engaging all commercial and finance functions within the business to ensure creation of insights led brand plans, delivered through comprehensive market, competitor, and consumer analysis. This role offers P&L responsibility, team leadership, innovation and a mix of both local creation and adaptation marketing.

  In addition:

  Optimise and refine the Australian marketing strategy for the Adult & Period care sector. Drive clarity on brand fundamentals and category growth model across both consumer and B2B channelsLead and build talent of the Adult & Period Care marketing teams (3 direct reports, total team size 7)Develop and execute annual and 3-year strategic plans for Adult & Period Care to deliver the growth vision for this dynamic sectorWork with the team to deliver compelling briefs anchored in consumer insight, partner and challenge agencies to deliver strong, compelling media and communication campaignsManage and optimise advertising & promotions budget, shopper marketing and retailer presentationsUtilise marketing levers that impact P&L performance to deliver balanced results; short-term and long-term

  Demonstrated experience at the level of a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director/Associate Marketing Director or Senior Marketing ManagerHeightened leadership and development skills, with a strength in coachingProven experience brand building and strategic planningAdvanced understanding of commercial marketing principalsExceptional ability to influence key stakeholdersKnowledge of the Grocery and Pharmacy industries within the ANZ marketExperience driving end to end NPD/renovation process
