In this role, you will launch a brand new cashback or coins program for our e-Commerce business. You will strategise, optimise and scale up this new program while also managing the P&L, promotion mechanism and gamification.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall cashback/coins program launch, strategy, operation and optimization, responsible for program scaling and P&L/ROI
- User strategy operations: strategic planning and operations of relevant promotion mechanisms and gamification, to increase platform user engagement
- Seller strategy operations: develop seller program and implement GTM progress to increase program penetration
- Product and SOP operation: develop product optimization and work on engagement features operations, establishing process guidelines across functions
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience in top e-commerce companies in an operational or strategy role, cashback/coins/loyalty program background is preferred
- Strong project management and problem solving skills, able to collaborate with various functions and manage 0-1 projects
- Data driven, strategic thinking and good analytical skills, able to use A/B experiments to validate and optimise user and seller strategy
- Fluent communication in English
