Marketing Operations Co-Op
Job location: our office in Ottawa, Canada
Term length: 4 or 8 months starting May 2024
We’re looking for someone who has a willingness to roll up their sleeves and jump into different projects while supporting the Marketing Operations team. A self-starter with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for learning, the Marketing Operations Co-op Student will be part of a fast-paced, global team, and will take on cross-functional tasks that support the team and the business.
Source new contact details from various data platforms
Manage a variety of contact refresh projects
Identify and escalate any data issues within the marketing database
Maintain database integrity by adhering to and enforcing standards and controls
Assist with building out and deploying email marketing campaigns in Eloqua
Support analytics projects when requested
Support other marketing initiatives as needed
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
Currently enrolled in a Marketing program
Be a self-starter who is passionate about learning and growing in their career
Experience/interest in Marketing Automation Platforms (i.e. Eloqua) an asset
HTML/CSS, JavaScript coding experience
Database platform familiarity ie. ZoomInfo and D&B
Familiarity / experience of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes using tools like SQL
Familiarity of marketing performance analytics or general performance analysis
